Edale House is set in its own grounds of 1.5 acres in the middle of the beautiful Edale Valley. The house looks out on to Hollins Cross on one side and Kinder Scout on the other. A large garden and paddock with lots of private parking ensures a peaceful and special holiday.

• Our fully inclusive price includes all electricity and oil for the heating and Aga.

• A welcome pack will greet you on arrival and a complimentary bag of logs for each of the stoves is also included. Further bags of wood are available at Ł5.00 a bag.

• Meals can be prepared in advance for you and put into the fridge or freezer.

• At other times come for bed and breakfast in our family home. Enjoy our hospitality staying in our spacious luxury en-suite double room and eat your fill of home cooking the next morning whether it be organic porridge, home-made muesli or the full works - all farmed and sourced locally.

• Washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of space to dry wet clothing in the cellar.

• 2 en-suite double bedrooms - both with televisions and one with a four-poster bed; 1 twin bedroom; 2 further singles and a family bathroom. One double sofa bed downstairs in the family room. One cot is available and a travel cot if requested.

• The house sleeps 10 (plus 2 in cots) comfortably in 5 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. (Three bathrooms altogether, 2 with shower over.)

• On the ground floor there is a large dining kitchen with shuttered bay window, a two door Aga, additional electric cooker, 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher.

• TV, video and DVD player, WiFi access.

• 2 sitting rooms.

• 2 log burners - one in the back hall and one in the formal drawing room and full oil-fired central heating as well.
