Edale House sleeps 10 people comfortably plus 2 in cots. 

There are five bedrooms (3 doubles, 2 singles) on the first floor and a double sofabed on the ground floor.

2 of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is an additional large family bathroom with shower over the bath.

1 double bedroom has a four poster bed and the other large double has an antique French style double bed.

The third double bedroom can be made into either a double or a twin.

The house is furnished with antiques with a piano in the entrance hall for your enjoyment.

There is a separate playroom with Sky tv and dvd player with toys and games for the children.

The large drawing room leading out on to the conservatory is a peaceful  and relaxing place to read the papers and look out at the hills.

In addition to the Aga in the kitchen there is a conventional hob and oven together with a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a magimix and many other cooking aids.

There are 2 wood burners, 1 in the entrance hall to welcome you and one in the drawing room.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available with an outside airer and one above the Aga.

The large garden is securely fenced.  It has a large outdoor dining table, an enclosed trampoline, other garden toys and access to the river bank through the field.

There is plenty of parking space for lots of cars.

The house looks out on to Hollins Cross on the south and the Kinder plateau to the north.
