Booking procedure & Payment: Once a booking is confirmed (usually by telephone) you will be required to pay a deposit. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs P de la Billiere and sent to Edale House, Hope Road, Edale, Hope Valley S33 7ZE. The booking will be confirmed verbally with full details given. Should you require confirmation of receipt it would be helpful if you could supply an e-mail address. We will take a refundable deposit of £250 (to cover telephone use as well as damage) before your stay here which will be returned to you 2 weeks after your departure. |

Check-in and departure: You are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm. Please ensure that on the last day you have vacated by 10.30am in order for us to have enough time to prepare for the next guests’ arrival. |

Cancellation: If, for any reason you cancel the booking you will lose your deposit. (However, we will make every effort to re-let the house in which case we will refund the deposit). We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time if the house is subject to circumstances beyond our control before you arrive e.g. flood, fire or is unable to be occupied for any reason for the date you have booked. Under these circumstances we will try to find suitable alternative accommodation and you will receive a complete refund. Don’t panic – this has never happened! |

Edale House is now pleased to offer bed and breakfast accommodation during the week for those who wish to continue enjoying the beautiful views and walking over the coming months. The accommodation is either in an en-suite double or twin/double with a shared bathroom. |
